BMS & EMS have been growing since 6 years when the first phase start; due to the good results that have been achieved since the implementation the facilities manager has been continue using the system to analyze all the consumption and process environmental operation related to the HVAC.

Actually the project consist Mainly on:

‍

• 55 DX Roof Top units 5 – 25 t all of them with Sequence of operations including economizer, energy monitoring to record the efficiency. Most of the equipment are 25 Tons Units controlling Humidity, Temperature, and Space Differential pressure

• 45 Electrical Meter. Energy Monitoring and Reporting Energy Consumption
  

• 6 Water Meter. Water Consumption Monitoring

• 25 Compressed Air Meters. Compressed Air Consumption from the Main plant and individuals for production Lines

• 10 Particle Counter. Clean Rooms are monitored for Particle Counters on some microelectronics components process

• 3 Chiller Plant and Cooling Towers. Chilled Water System Monitoring dedicated to some plastic injection machines

All the data are trended and used by a ENERGY ANALYTICS LOGIC to get report of efficiency over the Electro-Mechanical equipment and production lines
